REFUND POLICY

According to our Satisfaction Policy, Retouche doesn't charge any funds until you are completely happy with our work. We do requested improvements to meet your wishes before charging. This fact guarantees you 100% satisfaction with our work.

To start work on your order we authorize your funds at payment step in amount necessary to pay for the order after its completion. To complete the order and get edited photos without watermarks you have to approve all photos in the order.

Since our work is approved, order is completed and funds are charged - funds are not refundable. But Retouche Satisfaction Policy applies to completed orders too. We can do some minor additional improvements to meet your initial wishes for free even after order is approved if you missed them during approval process.
